The PC Engine GT (known as the Turbo Express in North America) is one of the coolest handheld consoles of the early 90s – a full TurboGrafx-16 in your pocket, complete with a 2.6-inch TFT color display and HuCard slot. The problem: the original electrolytic capacitors in these units are notoriously prone to early failure.
