Flexible Control Options
Control your Mini Hydra your way! Use the three built-in buttons for manual source selection, or program your own IR remote control using the learning function. The remote allows you to scan for active sources, manually select specific ports, toggle the HD/SD filter, adjust headphone volume, switch between mono and stereo, and even mute audio outputs. Simply hold the middle button during power-on to enter the learning mode and assign your remote buttons.
Audio Features for Modern Convenience
Beyond video switching, the Mini Hydra Revised offers stereo RCA audio outputs and an amplified headphone jack with adjustable volume via remote control. Important Technical Requirements
Please use standard 75 Ohm video cables (not TTL Sync) for proper operation. The unit requires a power supply with a 5mm/2.1mm barrel connector (NOT INCLUDED). Any AC or DC power supply between 7.5V and 9V works, though 9V with at least 1.5A is recommended. Polarity doesn't matter, so if you have older barrel connector power supplies lying around, one of them will likely work perfectly.
