So you have the Wiggle-Problem with your Scalar Board and want to get it fixed?
No worries, this is possible, and it's all free (well, except for shipping costs).
How does it work?
1. You place an order of the replacement Scalar Board (you can order any other product from the shop you want as well, we'll ship them together).
2. You will receive an eMail where to ship your old PCB (usually within 24 hours)
3. Please note: You need to disassemble the scalar! Check the image: This is what you will receive, and this is the PCB you need to send to us. Do not include the frame or the connector board, only the main PCB!
4. Once we receive it, we'll send out the new one. If you want to speed things up, send us the tracking number of your package and we'll ship the new one out right away.
