We'll thoroughly test all the key components involved — the speaker, the volume wheel, and the headset port — and replace whatever's causing the trouble. All parts and labor are already factored into the price, so there are no surprises waiting for you at the end.

What if it can't be fixed?

No fix, no charge — it's that straightforward. If we dig into your Pandora and find that the underlying issue is something beyond repair (like a damaged PCB rather than a faulty cable), we simply won't bill you for it. We believe in being fair and transparent with our customers.

How to send in your Pandora

Once you've placed your order, pack up your Pandora and ship it to us at: OpenPandora GmbH, Schäffbräustr. 11, 85049 Ingolstadt, Germany. You can use any carrier you like — DHL, UPS, FedEx, or your local postal service. Just keep in mind that if you ship uninsured, we can't cover any losses in transit (though we will refund your repair payment in full). For international shipments requiring customs declarations, please use 100 USD as the stated value. And importantly — please do NOT include a battery, as batteries are restricted goods for most international shipments!

A few handy tips

Always include your name and order number with your package — a printed copy of your order confirmation email works perfectly. You'll receive an email confirmation when your Pandora arrives with us, and another one when we ship it back. Want to grab something else from the shop while you're at it? Go ahead and add any items to your repair order, and we'll send everything back together with your freshly repaired Pandora.
