Description

A native RS-232 port for the GPD Pocket 4

The RS-232 module provides a physical serial connector with a native RS-232 interface and proper signal-level conversion. It is not an internally connected USB-to-serial adapter.

For legacy and industrial hardware

This makes it suitable for equipment that may not work reliably with ordinary USB serial adapters, including point-of-sale systems, CNC equipment, industrial robots, older PDAs and service or administration hardware.

Direct expansion

The module mounts directly to the GPD Pocket 4 and adds the physical serial port to the device.
