Made by the legendary Krikzz, this flash cart lets you load your N64 game files onto a standard SD card and play them on your original console just like the real thing — because you ARE playing on the real thing.

Setup couldn't be simpler: slot it into your N64, copy your ROM files onto a FAT16 or FAT32 formatted SD card, and you're good to go. No soldering, no modding, no fuss. The Ultra-CIC II chip is the secret sauce here — it bypasses region lockout at the hardware level, meaning this cart works on absolutely every N64 ever made, regardless of region or revision.

Everything you need, nothing you don't

The X5 packs a generous 64 MB (512 Mbit) of SDRAM for ROM data, covering virtually the entire official N64 library. SD to SDRAM transfer speeds hit a smooth 4.5–5 MB/s, so load times stay short and your gaming sessions stay long. All major save formats are supported — SRAM, SRAM 128 KB, EEPROM 4k, EEPROM 16k, and FlashROM — so your save files behave exactly as they would on an original cartridge.
