What sets this cable apart is its professional-grade construction. Every video signal line (Red, Green, Blue, and Sync) uses impedance controlled 75Ω mini-coax—the same standard used in broadcast equipment. The double shielding approach, with individual shielding per signal plus a global shield over the entire bundle, virtually eliminates noise pickup and AV crosstalk. Your audio stays crystal clear thanks to dedicated shielding, ensuring those iconic soundtracks and sound effects remain interference-free.

Technical Excellence

The cable includes a carefully calculated 470Ω attenuation resistor on SCART Pin 20, which safely converts 5V TTL sync signals to proper video levels. At 6 feet (1.80m) in length, you get plenty of flexibility for your gaming setup without excess cable clutter. The HD15 connector accepts both VGA video and 3.5mm audio input, delivering both picture and sound through a single SCART connection.

Important Notes

Please note that this cable is directional—video flows from the HD15 connector to the SCART connector. It requires a valid composite sync signal on HD15 Pin 13, as it doesn't include a sync combiner. This is a direct connection cable without any signal conversion, so it won't scale high-resolution VGA computer sources to standard definition TV formats. The 470Ω sync attenuation resistor is specifically designed for sources outputting 5V TTL level sync.
