Canon - Legends Of The New Gods (MegaDrive / Genesis)

A lost classic from Taiwan finally lands on your shelf — and it was worth the wait.

If you love deep, story-driven RPGs and have a soft spot for obscure gaming history, Canon - Legends of the New Gods is exactly the kind of hidden gem your MegaDrive collection has been missing. Originally known in Taiwan as Feng Shen Ying Jie Chuan, this strategy RPG flew completely under the radar in the West when it first came out in the early 1990s. Thanks to Piko Interactive and the talented team at Super Fighter Team, that injustice has finally been corrected.

A Rich World Rooted in Ancient Mythology

The game draws heavily from ancient Eastern mythology, weaving an intricate narrative that keeps you hooked from the very first battle. With over 30 hours of gameplay and a generous roster of playable characters, there's plenty here to sink your teeth into. Whether you're a seasoned strategy RPG fan or just curious about the genre, the engaging story and tactical combat will keep you coming back for more.

A Proper Collector's Release

This isn't just a bare-bones port — Canon - Legends of the New Gods comes packaged the way retro games deserve.
