We don't know exactly how Anbernic has achieved this. But they have launched a controller on the market that can certainly compete with its significantly more expensive counterparts.
And at an absolutely competitive price!
What does the controller offer?
Actually everything you would expect from a modern controller:
It has Hall sticks and Hall triggers, sits comfortably in the hand and has good pressure points.
It also offers vibration (configurable), a motion sensor as well as continuous fire and macros, and those who like RGB lighting around their analogue stick can also configure this in various ways.
It can be connected to a wide variety of systems via Bluetooth, USB cable or the USB dongle supplied - whether PCs, Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch or Evercade. Steam is also fully supported. The button layout corresponds to the standard Xbox layout, just a note for Switch users.
All special functions are set completely without external software - you can activate them directly on the controller.
The latency is also pretty good:
It reaches 1000Hz via cable, 200Hz with a 2.4G dongle and 180Hz with Bluetooth.
The firmware can be updated, the battery lasts for around 9 hours and is recharged in 2.5 hours.
All in all:
The controller offers everything you need for gaming. Although other controllers offer different storable profiles or greater configurability, they cost many times more. For the price, it is simply unbeatable with these functions.
